season with pepper and salt and fry in the grill pan with oil. Then fry some of the shii-take mushrooms whole (without the stalks) and the remaining strips of paprika in the same way in the grill pan, season with salt and pepper.

Sauté the remaining mushrooms in red wine and make a puree with some diced peppers, flat-leaf parsley, pepper and salt.

Put the spaghetti on the plate, offer the meat as a ditto of the mushroom-pepper-greens next to it and garnish the spaces in between with the mushroom puree.
