Instructions:

Soak the seaweed (do not make).

Cut rabbit into 12 pieces, roll in flour, season with salt and pepper and fry in butter. Add minced shallots, sea bunches (3 kinds of seaweed) and white wine, fill with cold water until rabbit pieces are covered.

Cover and simmer on low heat for about 75 min. 20 min before the end of the cooking time add the sliced potatoes together with the wakam, seaweed.
