Instructions:

For the oven broccoli with pink pea rice and curry dip, first prepare the oven broccoli. Cut the broccoli into florets and blanch them in boiling water.

Quench them ice cold and let them dry a bit. Finely dice the garlic and chili pepper and mix with the other ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the broccoli and mix well. Place in an ovenproof dish, add a dash of water and bake for about 10 minutes at 190 °C.

For the pea rice, add double the amount of water to the rice, salt it once it has come to the boil and cook it on a low flame, covered. Just before the end of the cooking time, mix in the peas.

For the curry dip, mix all the ingredients together and put a blob of it on the broccoli. Serve the oven broccoli with pink pea rice and curry dip.
