Instructions:

Fry finely chopped onions, chopped garlic cloves and a finely chopped bell bell pepper in 4 tbsp. oil. Add long grain rice and cook until translucent.

Mix everything well and add chicken soup (cubes). Add a pinch of saffron dissolved in a little water, making sure that the risotto is not completely cooked. Divide the grilled chicken into small pieces and put them in the paella pan with a little bit of oil. Add the risotto form. Lower the cooking temperature so that the risotto does not boil. Then spread the peas with the mussels and shrimps evenly over the paella and simmer everything together well with the lid closed for about 15 min on a low flame.
