In a large baking bowl with 4 cups of water, soak bread for 5 minutes. Squeeze out bread. Grease cake pan. In a large enough bowl, beat sugar, milk, eggs, 1 tbsp. cinnamon and two tsp. nutmeg form. Pour amount over bread. Form grapes and bananas on top. Dust with the remaining cinnamon and nutmeg and brush with butter. Bake at 160 °C for one hour and 15 minutes. Serve with whisky sauce. Whisky sauce :

Melt butter in Reindl. Add sugar and stir at low temperature for two min. Remove from heat. Add whisky and then make at low temperature until sugar is dissolved. Pour cup of it to the eggs form and on the spot back into the sauce. Heat on the stove top for 10 to 20 seconds.
