Instructions:

For the pancakes with strawberry sauce, rinse and clean the strawberries and blend 250 g with the blender. Season with sugar and orange liqueur. Cut the remaining strawberries into slices, stir them into the puree and put them in the fridge.

Mix salt, milk, flour, lemon zest and egg yolks in a baking bowl until smooth.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form, gradually adding the sugar. Fold the finished snow into the dough.

Bake 4 pancakes one after the other in 15 g butter. Fill each with a quarter of the sauce.

Fold or roll up the pancakes with strawberry sauce, dust with powdered sugar and serve warm.
