Dice bell bell pepper. Peel shallot, chop. Peel papaya, dice half, crush rest. Rinse chili, remove seeds, divide into rings. Steam with shallot and paprika in 2 tbsp. oil until soft. Stir in papaya mousse, diced papaya, perhaps chives. Mix remaining ingredients, stir in.

Our tip: Fresh chives are much more aromatic than dried ones!
