Instructions:

Soak bread rolls in water. Clean, rinse and dice the peppers. Peel and chop onion and garlic clove. Squeeze the buns. Preheat stove to 200 °C.

Knead together rolls, minced meat, egg, onion and garlic. Mix in a quarter of the diced paprika. Season the mixture with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

Form an oval roast from the quantity. Coat a grease pan with 2 tbsp oil. Insert roast and roast in the stove for 45 min.

Peel and dice the vegetable onion. Roast with remaining diced peppers in 2 tbsp oil for 5 min. Add Texicana salsa, 100 ml water and season well with salt and freshly ground pepper. If necessary, season more spicily with peppers. Steam for about 10 minutes. Serve with the roast. Serve sprinkled with oregano.
