Instructions:

For the paprika pork cutlets with steamed rice, wash the cutlets, pat dry and pat.

Salt and pepper the cutlets and sprinkle paprika powder on top. Heat oil in a pan and sear the cutlets on both sides.

Remove the meat, add flour to the hot fat. Let the flour brown briefly while stirring, pour hot beef stock over it, stir well and bring to a boil to avoid lumps.

Add meat and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. For the steamed rice, bring water to a boil with salt, pepper and soup powder.

Sprinkle in the rice and let it steam on a very low flame for about 15 minutes with the lid closed. When the rice is cooked, serve the bell pepper pork cutlets with steamed rice.
