For the tomato cheese sticks, preheat the oven to 200 °C. Roll out the puff pastry, mash the feta with a fork, mix with the paradeis pulp and olive oil to a smooth cream and spread evenly on one puff pastry sheet.

Cover with the second puff pastry sheet and roll over it with a pasta roller to combine everything well. Cut into strips 2 inches wide and about 10 long and roll in.

Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper, mix yolks with milk or cream and brush all sticks with it. Bake for about 25 minutes.
