For the pasta pan with pumpkin and shrimp, cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Cut and wash the leek. Prepare water for pasta.

Dab defrosted shrimp dry with kitchen roll. Sauté shrimp in some olive oil in large pan for about 2 minutes, then remove from pan.

Sauté leeks in same pan again with a little olive oil, then add squash and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with white wine.

Meanwhile, add pasta to boiling water and cook until al dente. Pour pumpkin with whipping cream and milk, season with some soup seasoning, salt, pepper, curry and nutmeg. Simmer until the pumpkin is soft.

If necessary, thicken with cornflour or sauce thickener. At the very end, add shrimp to the sauce and bring to a boil again.

For the pasta pan with pumpkin and shrimp, mix in noodles and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
