Try this delicious pasta dish:

Chop anchovies, olives, capers, peperoncini and garlic and season with pepper. Stir olive oil into the mixture and fill into a jar. The sauce will keep for 1-2 weeks in the refrigerator.

Serving tip This strong sauce is given sparingly over freshly cooked pasta. It tastes particularly tasty and aromatic if freshly chopped kitchen herbs such as parsley or basil are added just before serving – or a few finely diced tomatoes.
