Try this delicious noodle dish:

Heat miso soup and season with soy sauce and rice vinegar. Make soba noodles in salted water. Cut silken tofu into 2 cm cubes. Add noodles, tofu and seaweed to boiling hot soup. Divide this evenly into deep bowls and cut a quail egg on each with a serrated knife and slide it raw into the soup. Sprinkle radish and spring onions over the soup and bring to the table on the spot.
