Instructions:

For the pasta with scampi, remove the scampi and peas from the freezer and defrost on plates.

Cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente.

Peel and finely chop the garlic.

Heat the olive oil in a pot and sauté the garlic pieces in it. Empty the tomatoes from the can, cut them a little smaller and add them to the garlic in the pan.

Season the sauce with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for about 5 minutes.

Add the scampi and the peas to the sauce and warm them up in it.

Arrange the pasta in a bowl and serve the sauce separately.

Offer grated Parmesan cheese with the pasta with scampi.
