A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Prepare pasta al dente in lightly salted water. Drain, cool, drain and toss in the oil. Cut the vine leaves into fine strips and the cheese into small cubes. Mix mozarella, vine leaves, pasta, olives and capers. For the sauce, stir vinegar, garlic, oregano and oil. Mix with the pasta and cook for half an hour. Garnish with peppers and lemons.
