Instructions:

Rinse patisson, cut into slices and layer in a brick-like manner with the tofu, also cut into slices, in a baking dish. Pour soup on top and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 °C for half an hour. Cover with aluminum foil if necessary.

Serve with a hearty risotto.
