Instructions:

Make the pumpkins in salted water for 20 min. Cut flat tops into small pieces and lift out a little of the inside from the pumpkin.

Blanch (scald) tomatoes, peel and dice.dice onions and garlic. Saute in fat until translucent and add ground and diced pumpkin meat and roast until crumbly. Add diced tomatoes except for two tbsp. Season meat mixture with green pepper, drained capers, oregano and salt. Sprinkle cayenne pepper over inside of squash. Brush with fat and place in an ovenproof dish.

Fill the meat mixture into the pumpkins. Spread remaining tomatoes and whipped cream evenly on top. Put in the oven and bake at 200 °C for about half an hour.
