For the peach clafoutis, wash the peaches and remove the skin. Then remove the pit and cut into fine wedges. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.

Butter the small bowls. Mix the eggs and sugar until frothy. Add the flour and salt and mix well. Gradually add the milk.

Then pour the batter into the bowls and top with the peach wedges. Bake the peach clafoutis for about 40 minutes at 175 degrees.

Serve the peach clafoutis still lukewarm, garnish with powdered sugar and pistachios beforehand.
