Instructions:

For the peach compote, peel the peaches and chop them into wedges.

Bring the mint, white wine, sugar and a piece of lemon peel to the boil and poach the peach wedges in it over moderate heat.

Then let cool, remove mint sprig and lemon peel.

Carefully add the peach liqueur and raspberries and serve the peach compote cold.
