Instructions:

For the peach mousse, wash the peaches, blanch briefly in a little water, remove the skin and puree finely.

Soak gelatine in water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out well and dissolve at medium temperature while stirring and add to the peach puree while stirring constantly.

Stir curd with yogurt until smooth, fold into peach puree, add lemon, sugar and vanilla pulp. Portion the mousse into glasses and refrigerate.

Serve the peach mousse garnished with a piece of peach.
