For the peach muffins, place a baking rack in the middle of the oven and preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Have a muffin tray ready and place a paper cup in each well.

Beat the softened butter, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and orange zest in a mixing bowl with an electric hand mixer or food processor until fluffy. Combine flour and baking powder and sift through a fine mesh sieve.
