Instructions:

Beat egg yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar together until creamy. Add vanilla yogurt and peach halves. Allow gelatine leaves to melt in warm water, then fold in. Gently fold in the whipped cream last.

Cool the pudding and serve with peach sauce: Thicken the juice from the can with a quarter sachet of vanilla pudding, crush the remaining peach halves and add to the juice.
