For the peanut-banana pudding, mix the peanut cream, banana jam, eggs and oat milk and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup for about 3 minutes.

Then mix in the flour and pour this batter into a greased ceramic mold. Place the mold on a deep baking sheet and pour hot water into the baking sheet up to half the height of the baking pan.

Bake the pudding slowly at 160 degrees hot air for about 50 min. Before serving, turn the pudding out of the mold and pour 2 tablespoons of maple syrup over it.
