Instructions:

Remove the skin from the pears and remove the core. Also remove the skin from the kiwis. Cut fruit into very small pieces. Stir the preserving sugar into the fruit mixture, bring to the boil and continue to boil for 4 minutes while stirring continuously and bubbling.

Fill the jam boiling hot into jars and close them on the spot.

Recipe makes 4 jars.
