For the pear bombs, quickly make a shortcrust pastry from the first six ingredients and refrigerate to swell.

After an hour, knead the dough again, roll out and cut out round slices (5 cm diameter).

Place the discs on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees top/bottom heat for about 7 minutes.

Mix the pear jam with some pear liqueur or pear brandy until smooth.

Then spread the jam on the slices. Always put two together so that there is also jam on top.

Then press this sticky side into a container with chocolate flakes, the pear bombs are ready.
