A great cake recipe for any occasion:

For the dough, mix sugar, dry yeast, flour, vanilla sugar and salt. Add the egg, softened fat and warm milk and knead with the dough hook of the mixer at the beginning, then with your hands. Cover and leave in a warm place for about an hour.

For the topping, remove the skin from the pears, core them and cut them into wedges. Sprinkle with a little juice of one lemon. Mix eggs, sugar, sour cream or crème fraiche and maybe rum. Sift cornstarch on top and fold in. Knead dough one more time and roll out.

Place on a greased baking sheet, raising a rim. Spread sour cream or crème fraiche mixture on dough form and top with pear wedges. Perhaps roughly chop walnuts and sprinkle on top. Put in the oven heated to 175 degrees and bake for about half an hour.
