Instructions:

Cut the peeled and cored pears into pieces. Remove the seeds from the chilies. Boil with water and vinegar over medium heat until soft. Strain the fruit mixture through a sieve.

Mix 3/4 l juice with jelling sugar, bring to a boil while stirring and bubble for 4 min. Fill hot into jars and seal on the spot.
