Wring out lemon. Rinse and dry the pears. Cut into small cubes, before that remove the core.

In the juice of a lemon form. Cut the goat cheese into pieces and halve the olives. Mix all ingredients in a salad bowl. Season with pepper.

This leaf salad can be served with vogerl lettuce, chicory or possibly walnuts.
