For the pears, beans and bacon, cut the bacon into 2 pieces, 600 g each and put them in salted and sugared boiling water and simmer for 50 to 60 minutes.

Wash and clean the green beans and break them into 6 cm long pieces.

Wash and clean the pears and cut them into wedges. Remove the bacon from the water and cook the beans and pears with savory in the bacon stock. Season if necessary.

Peel potatoes and cook in hot water.

Serve the pears and beans with bacon stock and serve in deep plates with sliced bacon.

Sprinkle the pears, beans and bacon with finely chopped parsley and serve with boiled potatoes.
