Instructions:

For the piggy muffins, bake any muffins. Let cool. Frost with punch icing. Color marzipan pink with red food coloring.

Flatten and cut out a circle 2-3 inches in diameter. Poke “nose holes” with a toothpick and place the “nose” on the still wet icing (lower third).

For the ears, cut out small triangles, bend the top tip over so it looks like the pig has droopy ears and place on the icing as well (very top).

Melt the chocolate glaze, pour into a plastic bag, cut away the tip (be careful not to do too much at once so the hole isn’t too big) and pipe on eyes.

Let the piggy muffins dry and serve.
