Crack the egg into a soup plate and whisk well. In another soup plate, mix almonds, salt and fish seasoning.

Cut the pike-perch fillets into pieces and turn them first in egg and then in the almond mixture.

Preheat the oven to 190 °C, place the pike-perch pieces on a baking paper and bake the pike-perch fillets for 20-30 minutes until crispy.
