Mix the pineapple pieces with a little orange juice in a hand mixer, add the sugar, whipped cream and snow. Fill this cream into an ice cream bowl, which has been cooled down and rinsed or whose bottom has been covered with parchment paper. Freeze in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator for at least 3 hours. Garnish the finished ice cream with pieces of pineapple and with red candied cherries, perhaps bring to the table with fresh, lightly sweetened raspberry pulp.
