Instructions:

Refrigerate all the bottles. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Place in a punch bowl with the sugar.

Then add 1 cup of brandy, pour over 1 bottle of Mosel wine and let steep overnight and refrigerate.

Add the remaining wines and finally top up the pineapple punch with sparkling wine.
