Pineapple with Strawberries

Can be prepared.

Strawberries rinse, hull and crush with sugar and strawberry liqueur. Stir heavy cream well so that it does not remain thick, but becomes creamy liquid.

Peel pineapple, cut into slices and arrange on plates. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

Pour strawberry sauce and cream into pretty jugs and also refrigerate.

At table, pour strawberry sauce over pineapple slices to start, then little cool cream.

Comments If the heavy cream is too thick, you can thin it with a little ordinary cream. It should be creamy but slightly runny.

The strawberries can be substituted with blackberries. – If there is no thick heavy cream, you can whip ordinary cream until semi-stiff.
