Instructions:

Boil orange blossom tea with sugar. Mix with remaining ingredients and freeze.

Cut grapefruit in half, cut the pulp, maybe sprinkle with a little bit of sugar.

Pour the sorbet into the grapefruit and decorate with pistachios.

Tip:

The recipe can be prepared in the same way with other citrus fruits.

For example with Satsuma, Clementine, Mandarin, Tangerine, Orantique or possibly with Ugli, Limquat and Kumquat or possibly with Grapefruit.
