Instructions:

For the pita bread, mix the chickpea flour with dry yeast, salt and water and knead into a smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place for 3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees/ hot air. Form 2 patties from the dough. Brush with olive oil on both sides and place on a baking sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes and serve the flatbread while still warm.
