Instructions:

For the pizza buns, sift the wheat flour into a bowl and mix with salt. Make a well in the center and crumble the fresh germ into it.

Mix with a pinch of cane sugar, some lukewarm milk and some flour from the side and make a steam. Let rise briefly. Then add the remaining ingredients for the dough and work into a smooth dough. Brush with a little linseed oil and let rise under a cloth.

In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the topping. Roll out the dough into a relatively thin rectangle and spread with the strained tomatoes.

Then place the salami, sausage and ham alternately on top. Sprinkle the strained corn on top, cover with grated cheese and sprinkle with plenty of pizza seasoning.

Roll up into a large roll (from the long side) and cut into rolls with a sharp knife. Flatten slightly. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle with water.

Bake in the oven at 170 °C for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool briefly and serve.
