Make Grümkern in vegetable soup that it still has bite. Mix the grümkern with the vegetables, Gouda and whipped cream (whipped), perhaps add a little of the vegetable soup, spread on rolls (perhaps baked) and bake for 15-20 minutes at 150 degrees in the oven.
Tip: The flesh of young, small zucchini is much more tender than that of larger ones.
