Rinse the plaice, sprinkle with juice of one lemon. Steep for 10 min, then season with salt and season with pepper. Cut the onions into cubes. Remove the seeds from the peppers and cut them into strips. Cut mushrooms into slices, halve olives. Heat oil (1) in a frying pan, fry mushrooms heartily in it, remove. Saute onions in fat for 2 min until lightly softened. Pour in the remaining oil (2), add peppers and olives. Press garlic through the press to the vegetables, heat. Mix everything with the mushrooms, season with salt, season with pepper, remove from the frying pan. Add tomatoes and wine to the frying pan, cook until thick. Add 2/3 of the vegetables, season. Pour the contents of the pan into an ovenproof dish, place the plaice on top, cover with the remaining vegetables. Close the dish with aluminum foil. Cook the dish in the oven at 200 °C for 35 minutes.
