Instructions:

Cream butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, lemon zest and 3 yolks until very fluffy. Beat the egg whites.

Mix flour and baking powder and fold into the dough alternately with milk and the snow of the 3 egg whites.

Spread finger-thick on a greased baking sheet and cover densely with pitted plums.

Make crumble and spread on the plums.

Bake at medium heat for about 40 minutes.

Cut the plum crumble cake into slices.
