For the plum soup with white chocolate blondie, remove the seeds from the plums and cut them in half. Bring to the boil together with the sugar, wine and vanilla pod.

Continue to simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, season with the rum and puree finely with a hand blender. Place in the freezer until the soup is ice cold.

For the blondie, melt 150g of chocolate with the butter, coarsely chop the rest of the chocolate (50g). Beat the eggs with the sugar until foamy.

Add the flour, baking powder and the hazelnuts and mix well. Fold in the chocolate and pour into a baking pan lined with baking paper.

Bake in the preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes.

Arrange the plum soup in a soup plate, cut the lukewarm Blondie into cubes and place them in the soup.

Sprinkle with a little powdered sugar and serve the plum soup with white chocolate Blondie.
