Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Bring the liquid to the boil with salt and nutmeg on 3, automatic heat 9 or 12, add the hominy while stirring, turn down to 1/2 or automatic heat 1 to 2 and swell the hominy to a thick paste, stirring occasionally.

Stir in the cheese. Grease a shallow round pizza pan (Â 28 cm), spread the hominy evenly into it, cool.

Cut zucchini into slices, peppers into strips, divide cauliflower into roses. Cut onion into rings, carrots into narrow slices, melt fat in a saucepan. Add the prepared vegetables as well as the thyme leaves, cook in a closed saucepan on 2 or possibly on an automatic cooking zone 4 to 5 for 5 minutes, then season. Cut the tomatoes into thick slices, put them on the polenta and spread the vegetable mixture evenly on top.

Dice the Gorgonzola, grate the Parmesan, and sprinkle both over the pizza. Bake in the oven until au gratin.
