Instructions:

Bring salted water to a boil.

Stir in polenta, reduce heat and cook until soft, stirring constantly, about 10 minutes. Finally, mix in cream and Parmesan and let polenta stand.

Slice apples finely, glaze with butter and caramel topping.

Serve cooked polenta, garnish with glazed apples and rosemary sprigs.
