A great cake recipe for any occasion:

Peel, rinse and grate potatoes. Squeeze out water.

Cream butter with sugar until creamy. Separate eggs. Stir egg yolks with cream. Mix in chocolate. Add flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Stir in poppy seeds and peanut. Gently mix in the snow.

Spread tart springform pan 26 with paper, brush with butter, pour in batter.

Bake: 1 hour / 180 degrees, cool in the form with loosened edge. Decorate with chocolate icing and sugar florets.
