Instructions:

1. clean porcini mushroom heads only with a wet dish rag. Scrape the stalks thinly with a sharp kitchen knife. 2.

Cut the celery into thin slices at the beginning, then into fine strips about three centimeters long.

3. shave the mushrooms lengthwise on a truffle slicer in a bowl.

Add the celery strips and parsley, pour olive oil over them, season with salt, pepper and a little lime juice. Mix the ingredients carefully.
