Instructions:

Preheat oven to 80-100 degrees.

Rub meat heartily with paprika, pepper, salt and onion powder. Heat oil in a roasting pan and brown ham from all sides. Now place the meat on the roasting rack above the grease pan of the oven and cook at 80-100 °C for approx. 70 minutes.

Sauté garlic and shallots in herb butter. Mix everything well with the pressed potatoes and cheese and spread on the meat after half of the cooking time.

Remove the roast from the oven, wrap it in aluminum foil and let it rest for a while. Then bring to the table cut into slices.

Serve with Roasted potatoes Coleslaw

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these also have a fresh taste!
