For the pork knuckle grandma`s style cut the bread into slices and mix with 3 eggs and milk. Remove the bones from the stilt and cut the meat into cubes.
Cook in salted water for 5 minutes, drain in a sieve. Finely chop the herbs. Finely chop garlic and onion.
Mix minced meat with garlic, onion, chopped herbs, 1 egg and caraway seeds well, season with salt and pepper.
Add bread-milk mixture and stilton and mix well. Soak pork net in water.
Spread pork net on a work surface, shape meat mixture into an oblong stollen and place on pork net.
Wrap the meat mixture with net. Place in a roasting pan and pour some soup. Cover and roast in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1/2 hour.
Take the lid off, if necessary pour some soup again and let it roast for another 1/4 hour. Turn off the oven, after 1/4 hour take out the roast, slice and serve.
