Instructions:

Soy sauce, garlic, ginger, paradeis pulp, sugar, sherry and pineapple cubes in a bowl form and mix.

Pour in the ribs and turn them to the other side in the marinade enough times to coat them completely.

Cover the baking dish with plastic wrap.

Marinate the ribs at room temperature for no more than 2 hours.

Grill the ripples over a medium broiler for 30 to 40 min, brushing them with the honey after 20 to half an hour.

Drizzle frequently with the remaining marinade until cooked through.

Grill the pineapple rings over the broiler for about 10 min, turning once to the other side.

Place the sweet and sour ribs on a serving plate and bring to the table with the grilled pineapple rings as a side dish.

Marinating usually does not exceed 2 hours. If marinated too long, the meat will dry out and become tough.
