For pork stilt wheels, cut the pork stilt into slices approx. 3 cm thick (because of the bones, it is best to have the butcher do this).

Rub pork knuckle slices with roast pork spice on both sides and place in a roasting pan for the oven.

Finely chop onion and garlic. Sprinkle stilts with caraway seeds, place onion and garlic on top. Put gravy cubes in the roasting pan and pour water on top. Roast in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for approx. 1 hour, turn the stilton slices over, close the lid of the roasting pan and continue roasting the pork stilton wheels for approx. 1 hour. If necessary, turn over again in between.
