For pork tenderloin in mushroom sauce with fried potatoes, peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and brush with about 2 tablespoons of oil.
Bake for about 1 hour at 200°, turning several times. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices and fry in a pan with a little fat.
For the mushroom sauce, saute the mushrooms in a pot. Add salt and pepper. Then add the crème fraîche and the soup cubes and stir the mushroom sauce well.
